- we will contact you no later than the second business day after receiving your request to ask for details about the problem;
- we will redo the work at no additional cost to you if we find errors that are our fault;
- we will redo the work at a reduced price that we will establish together, if we find errors that are not ours;
- we will grant a substantial discount for a subsequent order if the work is not delivered on the agreed date.
